By using this website, submitting a quote request, or working with XTVIS, you agree to these Terms of Service.

All services are provided based on the specific project scope, requirements, quotation, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms agreed between XTVIS and the client.
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website does not create a confirmed order or service agreement.
A project is confirmed only after both parties agree on the scope, price, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and other necessary project details.
We may request additional details, reference images, product information, product samples, or project files before providing a final quotation.
Client Responsibilities
When working with XTVIS, you agree to:
Provide accurate project information
Confirm product quantity, image requirements, style references, and deadlines
Provide images, products, samples, files, or materials that you have the right to use
Respond to project questions in a timely manner
Review deliverables within the agreed review period
Use the final images only within the agreed usage scope
Ensure that materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of any materials, references, trademarks, product designs, or images you provide to us.
Project Scope and Revisions
Each project will have an agreed scope, including the number of products, number of final images, service type, image style, usage requirements, and delivery timeline.
Revisions are limited to the agreed project scope. Additional revisions, major style changes, new product requirements, new creative directions, or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and additional production time.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, revisions do not include a complete reshoot, a completely new creative direction, new product styling, or changes caused by unclear or inaccurate project information provided by the client.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be confirmed separately for each project. Depending on the project, we may require a deposit before work begins.
Final files may be delivered after payment is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a project is delayed due to missing information, late feedback, delayed product shipment, unpaid invoices, or other client-side reasons, XTVIS may adjust the delivery timeline accordingly.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates based on the agreed project scope and the timely receipt of required materials, product samples, reference files, approvals, and payments.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed client feedback, shipping issues, customs clearance, force majeure, or other factors outside our control may affect the delivery timeline.
Copyright, Usage Rights, and Image Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, XTVIS retains the copyright and author’s rights in the photography, lighting, composition, retouching, editing, creative work, and final visual production created by XTVIS.
After full payment is received, the client receives the right to use the final delivered images for the agreed commercial purposes, including e-commerce, website use, online marketplaces, advertising, social media, product listings, brand marketing, and related business promotion.
The final delivered image files are provided to the client for use as the client’s project assets. The client may use, publish, reproduce, crop, resize, and adapt the final delivered images for its own brand and product marketing purposes, within the agreed project usage scope.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client does not receive ownership of raw files, working files, layered files, source files, behind-the-scenes materials, lighting setups, editing processes, or unpublished drafts.
The client retains ownership of its own products, trademarks, logos, product designs, brand materials, and any original materials provided to XTVIS.
Portfolio Display Rights
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing before the project begins, XTVIS may use selected final delivered images for portfolio display, case studies, website presentation, social media, marketing materials, and promotional purposes.
This portfolio display right is limited to showing our work and promoting our services. XTVIS will not sell the client’s final images as stock images or license the client’s product images to unrelated third parties for separate commercial resale.
If the project involves unreleased products, confidential designs, private collections, or sensitive brand information, the client should notify XTVIS in writing before the project begins. When confidentiality is agreed in writing, we will not publicly display the related project materials without permission.
Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality. If your project involves unreleased products, private designs, confidential brand information, or sensitive commercial information, please inform us before the project begins.
When confidentiality terms are agreed in writing, both parties will follow the agreed confidentiality requirements.
Product Samples and Shipping
If a project requires physical product samples, shipping arrangements, shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, insurance, and return shipping terms should be confirmed before the project begins.
XTVIS will take reasonable care of product samples while they are in our possession. However, we are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, customs issues, or shipping problems caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
Raw Files and Working Files
Unless specifically agreed in writing, raw files, unedited images, working files, layered Photoshop files, production files, drafts, and internal process files are not included in the final deliverables.
If the client requires raw files or layered files, this must be discussed and agreed separately before the project begins and may require additional fees.
Website Content
The content on this website is provided for general information and marketing purposes. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or error-free.
We may update, change, or remove website content at any time.
Prohibited Use

Submit false or misleading information

XTVIS is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping delays, customs issues, power outages, internet interruptions, government actions, epidemics, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless mandatory laws in your location provide otherwise.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through friendly communication and negotiation.
